Visual+ Trade-In

Welcome to the Trio Visual+ / Visual Pro to Poly Native Microsoft Teams Room Solution Trade Up program. For end users using Trio Visual+ or Visual Pro in Skype for Business and would like to move to a Microsoft Teams environment, this promotion is for you! With this promotion, Poly Microsoft customers can replace Trio Visual+ or Visual Pro with Poly Studio X30, Poly Studio X50, or Poly G-Series Room Solution for Microsoft Teams.

Between August 21, 2020 and December 31, 2020, Poly Microsoft customers can trade in Visual+ or Visual Pro accessories and save up to $200 when you upgrade to a Poly Studio X family (without TC8), or Poly G10-T/G85-T, or save up to $300 when you upgrade to a Poly Studio X family with TC8 or Poly G40-T.

How It Works

1. Work with your preferred reseller to fill out this Trade In Claim Form. Be sure to populate the serial numbers for each Visual+ or Visual Pro you wish to trade in, as discounts on the eligible products will be approved only on a one-to-one basis.
   
   
2. Email your completed Trade In Claim Form to: TeamsPromo@poly.com. Our team of dedicated customer service agents will confirm the serial numbers, and within 3 working days, you and your reseller will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the quantity you have been approved to purchase.
   
   
3. Within 5 working days after receipt of your approval notification, you and your reseller will receive an second e-mail notification with your unique offer code and additional next steps (which include having your reseller submit the completed Trade In Claim form at time of order from Distribution).
