The Device User Groups feature supports adding Policies along with Devices Users to a Group.
📄️ Policy by Site

📄️ Policy by Device Model
A Policy enables you to manage a group of devices (of the same model) with a single configuration and software level, simplifying the management of a large group of devices.
📄️ Policy - Video Devices
The Policy feature allows you to manage a group of devices of the same model with a single configuration, this also includes updating the device software to all devices in the policy group. Poly Lens creates a policy for each device model type (G7500), allowing you to easily jump into managing your devices. Note: Provisioning is required to enable policy management for these devices.
📄️ Policy - Voice Devices
The Policy feature allows you to manage a group of voice devices of the same model with a single configuration, this also includes updating the device software to all devices in the policy group. 📄️ Policy - Bluetooth Devices
Poly Lens Mobile Beta Feature
📄️ Policy - Microsoft Teams
This feature enables a cloud-to-cloud integration between Poly Lens and Microsoft Teams Admin Center, allowing administrators more control and customization of devices registering to the Microsoft Teams SIP Gateway Service. Once applied to the device(s), all settings from Microsoft Teams SIP Gateway will be retrieved on behalf of the device by Poly Lens and applied as a part of the device's Configuration Policy. Settings from Microsoft will take the highest precedence over all other policy layers and can be viewed in the My Settings view of any device enabled with the setting. A lock icon is displayed next to this label to indicate it cannot be modified or deleted in Poly Lens.
