Device Actions

The Manage menu allows access to the Actions page.

The Actions page lists device management Actions to review and address, if needed.
These Actions include:

  • Updates Available
  • Offline Devices
  • Unassigned Sites
  • Custom Notifications Note: This requires Poly+.

Each action provides the number of devices, location, and a brief summary. Clicking on the Action displays the Device Inventory of all devices that are associated with the Action. See Device Inventory for detailed information.

Filters​

The Actions can be filtered by Action, Site, Room, or Device Model to quickly locate a specific Action.

Set Custom Notifications​

The Set Custom Notifications button sends you directly to the Poly Lens Notification Center, where you can configure notifications to be sent to you regarding Actions.
