Note: Poly Trio requires version 5.9.3 (supports basic provisioning only) or higher, Poly VVX Series requires software version 6.3 or higher, and Poly CCX Series software 6.2.11 or higher, to use Poly Lens. The following VVX devices fully support provisioning, however Insights and Management actions (syncronization, reset, reboot over Poly Lens) are not supported.
