Poly+ License Management

The following procedures cover the activation and assigning of Poly+ licenses in Poly Lens.

Assign Licenses​

Note: Before you can Assign Poly+ Licenses, you must Activate the License. See Activate a License for detailed information.

There are two methods to assign the licenses provided with the Activation Key to devices on Poly Lens.

Auto-Assign All Licenses​

  1. Select the Account to assign licenses in.
  2. Go to Manage > Licensing.
  3. Select Poly+ from the side tabs.
  4. Select Setup > Assign your Licenses.
  5. Select the Device Model link of the device type to auto-assign licenses to.
  6. Select Auto-Assign All to assign licenses to all the devices listed.
    Note: This is a one time action and only works for devices that are currently available. It can be applied again when additional devices are available.

Manually Assign Licenses​

To manually assign a license to an individual device.

  1. Select the Account to assign licenses in.
  2. Go to Manage > Licensing.
  3. Select Poly+ from the side tabs.
  4. Select Setup > Assign your Licenses.
  5. Select the Device Model link of the device that you are wanting to assign a license to.
  6. On the License Assignments page, select one or more devices from the list.
  7. Select Add License.
  8. Select Confirm.
    Note: Once a device is assigned a Poly+ license, this action cannot be undone.
  9. The information on the License Assignments will now update for the device(s) selected to show a Poly+ status of Licensed.
  10. To license another device that is a device model, select the device model type from the License Assignments drop-down, and repeat the above process.
