First Time Access to the new Portal
  • You can sign into the new portal with existing user credentials if you have an account to the Poly Direct Warranty site or the Poly Partner Portal.
  • You need to reset your password at first sign if you are an existing Poly Online Support Center User without a Poly Direct Warranty or Poly Partner Portal account.
  • You need to register for a Support Portal account if you are a new user that does not meet the criteria above.
