Quality Of Service statistics for a site topology site. This consists of two fields, the first is a single QOS statistics object which will contain the QOS statistics for the site. The second is a list of QOS statistics objects which, if subnet QOS statistics were requested to be included, will contain one QOS statistics entry per subnet.
