We recently consolidated real estate and transformed our Royal Wootton Bassett offices into an environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork. What I found compelling was the fact that organizations that were previously partitioned into separate physical locations were sharing the same space and doing so with a startup-like buzz. Plus, with a flexible working facility design, they can move around and experience new space depending on the type of work they are doing. Check out the photos!
