Battery charging event not being generated/received

Hi, I am using the native C++ APIs and seem to be getting all the events that I am looking for except for when the headset is being charged. For instance, I am using a Savi W740 and when I query the battery level or when my onBatteryLevelChanged() is triggered, I can get the battery level. But when I undock and dock the headset, I only get HS_STATE_CHANGE_DOCKED (or actually I also get CALL_STATE_HOOK_DOCKED) but never HEADSET_STATE_DOCKED_CHARGING in my DeviceListenerCallback onHeadsetStateChanged(). Am I supposed to do something specific for Hub to send this event? I have also tested this on a Savi 8200 with the same results. Also another question unrelated to battery or charging... Is there any way to get the image of the connected device through an API? Other vendor SDKs have this capability. Just curious. Thank you!

Hi everyone, I'm currently working on integrating plantronics javascript sdk to my angular project. There are several events that are being called by the sdk with different responses. For e.g there is a SpokesResponse object that is passed in the spokes.Device.events. The question is, do we have some kind of documentation that explains all these params and their possible response types/values with explanations ?

Does Polycom/Plantronics have any information or guidance on using WebHID directly to access and control their headsets in a web-based softphone scenario? I haven't been able to find any documentation on this.

Hi, In my Angular project, I want to handle active call with the Plantronics. Senario :

I have active call with system speaker and microphone as a Audio i/o.
I want to handle call with Plantronics Headset.
I chose poly/plantronics as audio i/o during active call
I init plantronics during active call to handle call with plantronics.

REST services not giving any callevent results. I have implemented code based on https://developer.plantronics.com/article/softphone-integration-code-samples for JavaScript. How can I handle Active call with plantronics headset.? Note: I init Plantronics script during active call. but not able to handle call with headset. Please provide information about handle active call. Plantronics Hub version : 3.24.1 (windows) Headset: Blackwire 3220 Thanks

Hi, In an Angular9 project, i want to init the plantronics driver for browser. I can see the attached devices on a browser tab open "http://127.0.0.1:32017/Spokes/DeviceServices/Info" or "https://127.0.0.1:32018/Spokes/DeviceServices/Info". But i get CORS error while requesting in the project. I request the device info as below: let xhr = new XMLHttpRequest(); xhr.open('GET', url, true); xhr.setRequestHeader('Access-Control-Allow-Origin', '*'); xhr.setRequestHeader('Accept', '*/*'); xhr.setRequestHeader('Accept-Language', 'en-GB,en-US;q=0.9,en;q=0.8,tr;q=0.7,de;q=0.6'); xhr.send(); This is the error i receive on browser log: Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'http://127.0.0.1:32017/Spokes/DeviceServices/Info' from origin 'http://localhost:8190' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Have you experience the CORS issue as well? Thanks

COM Class Registration

Hello there! Working on integrating the SDK right now and am running into the COM Class registration. The users who are encountering this issue are running the Runtime SDK MSI installer and still encountering the issue. Does the installer not actually...register the items its installing? Or am I missing a step? What should the course of action be for end-user deployment? I'd rather not have to chain MSIs. Also, is there a way that you can include a Nupkg file with the SDK so this whole situation and integration is a little easier in the future?

Hi, I have a Plantronics voyager focus uc hedset and wihout mic it working fine but when I join to call/start using microphone hedset stop sound for half sec and start it for half sec over and over again. On others computers same problem. Earlier I can connect it to laptop via micro USB cable and headphones and mic work good but now even that doesn't help. My question is: what i should to fix it. I don't know where put this subject
