Hi, I am using the native C++ APIs and seem to be getting all the events that I am looking for except for when the headset is being charged. For instance, I am using a Savi W740 and when I query the battery level or when my onBatteryLevelChanged() is triggered, I can get the battery level. But when I undock and dock the headset, I only get HS_STATE_CHANGE_DOCKED (or actually I also get CALL_STATE_HOOK_DOCKED) but never HEADSET_STATE_DOCKED_CHARGING in my DeviceListenerCallback onHeadsetStateChanged(). Am I supposed to do something specific for Hub to send this event?

Hi everyone, I'm currently working on integrating plantronics javascript sdk to my angular project. There are several events that are being called by the sdk with different responses. For e.g there is a SpokesResponse object that is passed in the spokes.Device.events. The question is, do we have some kind of documentation that explains all these params and their possible response types/values with explanations ?

Hello everyone, we want to integrate the headphones in the sip phone application we have written, but I could not find a source on this subject. Thanks to the node-hid application that I got from npm on electronjs, I was able to identify many devices, but I guess Poly devices do not send notifications from usb. I'm using the node-hid library on electron, can you help me with this?

Does the SDK integration via PlantronicsCOM.dll support the "Plantronics Status Indicator" ? Our new application uses the REST interface and it works as expected. A previous implementation with COM on the other hand does not work. There is nothing to find in the SDK documentation about this. Does anyone have a TIP on this? Michael

Just a note to say there are new Hub Desktop SDK packages for 3.21, available at: Softphone Integration: Hub SDKs | Plantronics Developer Connection, that correspond to the just released Hub Desktop version 3.21. If you have an integration to the Hub SDK, it is recommended to update it to the latest SDK to ensure support for latest devices and features.
