A phased return is the standard approach needed to address safety and spacing requirements. The same study also found that 81 percent of employers are limiting the number of onsite workers and when workers do<\/em> come back, 75 percent of employers are staggering start, stop and break times to ensure social distancing and allow time for cleaning.<\/p>\n
