I haven\u2019t been managing departments for very long, but it didn\u2019t take but a short time to discover that anyone can lead people, but only few can inspire them.\u00a0 It takes a lot more than business classes or a nice suit to be an inspiring or motivational person.\u00a0 Although some of it is a naturally occurring ability inside us, certain behaviors do help us inspire our employees and motivate them to do greater things.\u00a0 Here are some of the behaviors you can change for the better.<\/p>\n
