Plantronics has recently redesigned its\u00a0UK offices (and other offices around Europe will be following suit).\u00a0 There were a number of aims that we had for doing this – i’ll talk about these over the next few blog posts.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Over the years, Plantronics workforce has become more dispersed across Europe, but the nature of development programs, product launches and sales & marketing campaigns means that we are actually working together more.<\/p>\n
\u00a0The new offices have a design aim to improve collaboration between teams by removing any physical barriers between them, plus create formal and informal co working spaces where teams can meet.\u00a0 Collaboration isn’t just about face to face, so the office also creates an environment where remote collaboration is encouraged.\u00a0 Technology is provided to dampen background noise, and areas are provided for more sensitive discussions, so telephone calls and conference calls can be held efficiently and effectively.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
